YOUR FUTURE

Sometimes I feel like I get completely stressed out about my future and succeeding in this temporary world. I get so wrapped up in day to day life and the material things that I don’t realize that I have a Heavenly Father that already has my whole life planned out for me!!!

PROVERBS 20:24 “A person’s steps are directed by the Lord. How then can anyone understand their own way”.

We will never be able to comprehend what God has in store for us, but I do know we have no reason to worry about our future. Our first step is to trust God’s plan. We may not like it, but we need to realize that the bad things will pass and lead to eternal happiness. God knows everything that is going to happen in our lives. He knows who you’re going to talk to in the hallway tomorrow or who you’re going to sit by at lunch. He knows what your career is going to be. He knows everything, and we need to realize that.

PROVERBS 3:5-6

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not in your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

It’s very easy to look through my past and see all the amazing things God has done for me. After going through trials and triumphs it’s easy to realize that God does everything for a reason. Once everything falls into place we feel reassured, but the hard part is trusting God for our future as well as our past. But God has our whole future lined out so there is no need to worry.
